She diligently pursued her culinary journey by studying under esteemed Paella Masters and Chefs in Spain, honing her skills in perfecting the Paella Valenciana. This dedication eventually led her to claim the prestigious title of “Best International Paella in the World” at the Concurso International de Paella Valenciana de Sueca.
